I’ve been to many insurance and tag agencies in my lifetime and it was nice to have the ladies in the office be so friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my previous insurance agent, I was never able to get them on the phone or have my calls returned, always getting the run around. But at East Coast the girls really went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my insurance coverage’s and even after asking them a thousand questions never once did they get annoyed with me. It just goes to show that there are still companies who go above and beyond and put the customer first. East Coast Insurance is definitely one of them.”

“Very helpful and reasonable people in this place. I’ve dealt with them for more than a year now and have not had a problem with them since. They are always very quick to send out any information that you need to have while driving so you don’t go any point without proper paper work. They also did me a big favor and took a debit card that was a friend of mine because I was having a problem with my own. They are very lenient and will work with you. It always feels very personal when I deal with the employees here. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who needs insurance or any type of license renewal, tags, registration renewal or basically anything that you would need done at the DMV Without actually having to go there and wait all day in line. They are also very friendly and welcoming. thanks for the great experience EAST COAST!!!”
